Request to transfer subscription plans to the new site

Homu has recently revamped its shop site to provide you with a more convenient shopping experience.
As a result, it was not possible to automatically transfer from the old site to the new site, so we would like to ask all regular users to help with the transfer process.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you would like to do so, please follow the steps below to transfer your subscription plan from the old Base site to the new site.

[Migration Procedure]
1. Please let us know your intention to continue using the service by replying to the email below. If you reply that you would like to switch to the new subscription service site, we will cancel your subscription service contract on the old site.

2. We will send you an email to inform you that your subscription has been cancelled on the old site and to include a transfer coupon code that can be used on the new site.
3. Please purchase your subscription again on the new website.

*If you have already completed payment for your April purchases, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you please adjust the timing of your subscription purchases on the new website.

We have many new products on the new site (especially lots more waxes!), so we hope you continue to enjoy them.
In the future, we will be adding new 3D sealing stamp heads with original Homu designs.
